She is survived by : her husband Loren Douglass of Oakwood, IL; her children, Leann Edwards (Gary) of Williamsport, IN and Joseph "Joey" Mediate of Attica, IN; her stepdaughters, Barbara Lindley (Scott) of Mt Pulaski, IL and Tori Douglass of Leroy, IL; her sisters-in-law, Judy Polomski of Clinton, IL, Diane VanAllen of Oakwood, IL and Donna Stoutin of Sarasota, FL; her grandchildren, Ashley, Herby, Jake, Alexis, Alley, Jarod, Devan, Clayton and Rylan; and her great grandchildren, Claire, Wesley and Breanna. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
