He was predeceased by : his grandson Jason; and his great grandchildren, Dallas and Cheyenne Allen. He is survived by : his significant other Shirley J. Allen (Lanham); his children, Elaine Rietberg, Peggy Grant (John) and Phillip Allen (Lori); his siblings, Paul Allen (Lela) and Dianna Skibo; his grandchildren, Richard Rodgers, Amanda O'Herron (Shawn), Dixie Sandlin (Michael), Benny Allen and Larry Allen; and his great grandchildren, Memphis, Annabella, Ashlyn, Adriana Rodgers, Jason, Katlin O'Herron, Dakota, Sebastian, Skylar, Marshall Allen, Mayson, Noah and Eden Sandlin.
