We are sad to announce that on July 11, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Judith Dalbey of Oakwood, Illinois, born in Williamsport, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, George Frahm and Gladys Frahm; her husband William Dalbey; her son Brian K. Dalbey; her grandson Drew Simpson; and her brother Robert Frahm.
She is survived by : her children, William J. Dalbey of Fithian and Jody Learned (Terry) of Port Charlotte, FL; her siblings, James Frahm (Tsuroko) of Danville, Samuel Frahm (Judy) and Sue Stutler (James) of Williamsport, IN; her grandchildren, Tiffany Hopkins, Haley Dalbey, Megan Thilmony, Morgan Thilmony (Andrew Rutledge) and Savannah Dalbey (Brayton Shuman); and her great grandchild Delani Inman. She is also survived by 3 step grandchildren, 7 step great-grandchildren, and many special friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Toys for Tots or the Muncie Baptist Church.
