He was predeceased by : his father John Wayne Culpepper. He is survived by : his mother Shirley Ann Trusler; his siblings, Derek Sanders, Andrea Culpepper, Cathi Saunders and Connie Cannon; his niece Emily (Colton); his aunts, Patty Miller, Brenda Demos and Mary Nuku (Ed); his uncle Wayne Trusler; and his grandmother Louise Trusler. He is also survived by cousins and close friends.
Memorials in Neil's memory may be made to the family to offset expenses or to the animal shelter of the donor's choice.
