With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Messmore (Oakwood, Illinois), who passed away on June 24, 2021 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Hazel Messmore (Kizer) and Edgar Messmore; his wife Mildred Messmore (Handley); his son Terry; his daughter-in-law Judy Messmore; his great grandchildren, Jerry and Henry; and his sister Vivian.

He is survived by : his son Larry Messmore (Bonnie). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
