He was predeceased by: his parents, Clemmie Milton and Martha Lucille; and his brother Richard Scribner. He is survived by: his spouse ElFredia Scales; his children, Clem "Huck" Scribner, III (Cindy) of Ramsey, Greg Scribner of Oconee, Jill Carroll (Tom) of Nokomis, Pam Marley (Paul) of Fillmore and Gail Riggs of Springfield; and his siblings, Jane Stetter (Weldon) of Cantrall, Illinois, Jerry Scribner (Krissie) of Vista, Calfornia, Larry Scribner of Pana, Kathy Pham (Linh) of Austin and Sue Koons (Bill) of Pana. He is also survived by Grandchildren and ten (10) Great- Grandchildren.
