He is survived by: his wife Dianna Baka of O'Fallon, IL; his children, Kevin Baka (Wendy) of Troy, IL and Heather Smith (Jake) of Troy, IL; his sisters, Shelly Roberts (Cliff) of Wisconsin, Jennifer Micheli of Florida and Mary Brinkley of Illinois; and his grandchildren, Collin Baka, Rylee Baka and Mason Smith.
