He is survived by: his wife Floella Michels of Olney; his sons, Kevin Michels (Dove) of Ft. Branch, IN, Kim Michels (Trish) of Springfield, IL and Kerry Michels (Maria) of Olney; his grandchildren, Kale Michels (Nichole), Kendra VanMatre (Sean), Lauren Sanford (Zach), Seth Michels (Lauren Buerster) and Larissa Michels; his great grandchildren, Preston, Autumn, Sophie and Gavin; and his aunt Leone Michels. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
