With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward Lee Edmondson (Olney, Illinois), born in Lawrenceville, Illinois, who passed away on June 26, 2019 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude E. Edmondson and Daisy O. Edmondson (Nesler); and his sister Mary E. Jackman. He is survived by: his former wife Leona Mae Blacketer; his wife Helen L. Chaswood; his daughters, Myra Kopplin of Garland and Peggy Madron (Joseph) of Houston; his brother Paul Ivan Edmondson of Mt. Carmel, Illinois; his grandchildren, Jon Kopplin, Justin Kopplin, Julie Russell (Chase), Bria Cirkiel (Shawn) and Michelle Madron (Ommar Ortuvia); his great grandchildren, Noah Cirkiel, Dylan Cirkiel, Luca Ortuvia, Eleni Ortuvia, Everly Russell and Caius Russell; and his stepdaughters, Barbara Stephenson (Don) of Olney and Linda Blakely (Tim) of Vancouver. He is also survived by several step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.
