He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Edgar Riley; his children, Christopher G. Dowds of Olney and Leondra J. Laughlin of Olney; his siblings, Floyd Dowds (Margie) of Opdyke, IL, Martha Morse of West Liberty and Ivy Harmon of Olney; his mother Rachel Dowds; and his sister Faye McCray. He was also cherished by 7 grandchildren.
