Joye Franks Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 30, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Joye Franks (Olney, Illinois), born in Stigler, Oklahoma. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Moore and Mae Moore (Cross); her husband Chester D. Franks; her son David Franks; and her siblings, Lester, Billy Moore and Frankie Harvey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Frankie Merritt (Ron) of Olney and Ann Morris of McLeansboro; her brother Leon Moore of California; her sister-in-law Lee Sanders of Colorado; and her grandchildren, Rhonda Barrett, Robyn Nix, Matt Morris and Ashley Clark. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Joye's memory to the First Southern Baptist Church or Hospice of Southeastern IL and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Norris City who is in charge of arrangements.
