She was predeceased by: her parents, Hobart Umfleet and Blanche Umfleet (Taylor); her husband Charles Stadge; and her siblings, Jerry, Jack, Gene Umfleet and Wanda Bourne.
She is survived by: her children, Tonya Hundley (Don) of Ridge Farm, IL and Thomas Umfleet (Cindy) of Claremont, IL; her grandchildren, Patrick Umfleet (Brittany), T. J. Powden (LeeAnn), Amanda Stallard (Austin), Jamie Formanek (Mike), Erica Hundley, Danielle Menard (Max) and Alan Schnell; and her great grandchildren, Kaylee Powden, Megan Powden, Christie Umfleet, Mariah Umfleet, Skylar Menard, Hannah Menard, Aiden Hundley, Caleb Hundley, Ashlynn Stallard, Andrew Stallard, Piper Formanek, Taylor Formanek, Jacob Formanek, Dylan Formanek and Rylee Formanek. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
