She was predeceased by : her parents, Lawrence A. Sr. Steinke and Hermelinde Steinke (Kuhnel); her brother Larry; her mother-in-law Julietta "Babe" Roth; and her sister-in-law Patti Riggs.
She is survived by : her husband Bill Riggs; her children, Bridget Bryant (Phillip), Terrence, Monica, Angel, Sierra and Martin Riggs (Lindi); her grandsons, Mason and Jeremiah; and her siblings-in-law, Mike Riggs of Olney, Lynn Riggs (Jennifer) of Huntsville, AL, Pat Riggs (Annettia) of Olney and Kathy Petty (Joe) of Bridgeport. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
