He was predeceased by: his parents, James Sullivan and Agnes Sullivan (Cleveland). He is survived by: his wife Darlene Sullivan of Olney; and his sons, Cory Sullivan (Marcia) of Wagram, NC and Derek Sullivan (Becky) of Greenwood, IN. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
