We are sad to announce that on May 11, 2021, at the age of 75, Frances Phelps of Omaha, Illinois, born in Shawneetown, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Herman Monroe and Mary Frances Monroe (Thorne); and her brothers, Herman and Tom Monroe. She is survived by : her husband E. A. Phelps of Omaha; her children, Junalie Nelson (Mike) of Omaha, Thomasena Bowles (John D.) of Omaha and Charles Phelps of North Dakota; her grandchildren, Dustin Nelson (Cailee), Keefe Phelps, Madison Cox, Bailey Cox, Marshal, Juli, Hayden and Abel Bowles; and her great grandchild Spencer Phelps.
