She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles E. Sebastian and Doris Sebastian (Booten); her brother Terry Siens; and her son John Hopkins. She is survived by : her husband Delbert Furnald; her children, Amanda Woodrum (Amos) of Ogden, IL, Todd Hopkins (Mindi) of West Burlington, IA, Chad Furnald (Jodi) of Danville, IA and Dusty Furnald (Allison) of Danville, IA.; and her brother Byron Sebastian (Alice). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
