He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Eugene and Betty Mackey (Bollinger); and his daughters, Clarissa Mackey and Tammy Mackey. He is survived by: his wife Diana McIntosh; his daughter Michelle Carnes (Jesse) of Gladstone, IL; his grandchildren, Kayla Long (Joslin) of Stronghurst, IL, Alyssa Long (Adam) of Burlington, IA and Trace Long of Littleton, CO; and his siblings, Marvin Mackey (Vickie) of Decatur, IL, Kevin Mackey (Paula) of Oquawka, IL, Reginald "Reggie" McMeins of Wapello, IA and Val Tuller (Jordan). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to the Ronald Mackey Memorial Fund.
