He is survived by: his wife Rose Jean Davis; his daughters, Shilo Jones (Jeremy) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Megan McWilliams of Cerro Gordo, IL; his stepchildren, Michele White (Sarah Hagan) of Forsyth, IL and Mark Thornton of Mattoon, IL; his stepmother Dee Mulligan of Peru, IN; his grandchildren, Katlin, Tanner, Reann, Dylan, Payton, Laurdyn, Faith, Nicole, Devynn and Carter; his great grandchild Parker; his siblings, Tom Mulligan (Cathy) of Decatur, James Mulligan (Mary) of Bloomington, IL, Richard Mulligan (Yvonne) of Decatur, IL, Barb Mulcahy (Joe) of Bloomington, IL and Carol Zalinski (Chris) of Niles, IL; and his pet Maverick.
