She is survived by: her children, Jerry "Jerome" Jr. Michalak (Sherri) of Freeport, Kathy Bradbury (Gary Oltmanns) of Oregon, Debbie Crawford (Tommy) of Friendship, TN, Matthew Michalak (Michelle Weems) of Byron and Mark Michalak of Forreston; her siblings, Paula Sittler of Peru and Eugene Kierski of Peru; her grandchildren, Michelle "Mickey", Jay, Tina, Cody, Chrissy, Taylor, Trisha and Franklyn; her great grandchildren, Breanna, Hayley, Kylie, Johnathan, Lillie, Sydney, Logan, Zeke, Adrianna, Linda Dueth and Lorrie Nesemeier; and her pet Coda.
