She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence "Larry" O'Sullivan; her daughter Margaret Mary O'Sullivan; her parents, Maurice Walsh and Elizabeth Walsh; and her siblings, Mary (Paddy), Kathleen (Mikey), Tommy (Margaret), John (Mary Jane), Mosey (Ann), Josie (Jack), Eddie (Maeve), Paddy (Margaret), Annie (Jerry), Brendan (Maureen), Jimmy Joe and Mikey (Eileen).
She is survived by: her children, Deirdre O'Sullivan-Offord (Joseph), Michael O'Sullivan (Sharon), Caroline Conlon (Richard), Kathleen Niles (Jeffrey) and Brenda O'Sullivan (Eamon Concannon).
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Robert J. Sheehy & Sons Funeral Home - Orland Park (9000 W 151st St, Orland Park, IL 60462). A prayer will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Robert J. Sheehy & Sons Funeral Home (9000 W 151st St, Orland Park, IL 60462). A Mass will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Gerald Church (9310 S 55th Ct, Oak Lawn, IL 60453).
