She was predeceased by: her husband John W. "Jack" Sullivan; and her grandson John Farrell. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Farrell (Jim), Jan Scahill (Steve), Joan, Mary Walsh and Tim Sullivan; and her grandchildren, Joanie Summers (Joe), Jimmy Farrell (Lisa), Mary Kate DeFrank (John), Mollie, Maggie Scahill, Jackie DeBartolo (Bobby), Clare, Kate, Tim Walsh, Stacy, Shannon and Jack Sullivan.
