Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Juanita Claire Wiersema (Orland Park, Illinois), who passed away at the age of 85, on April 16, 2024. She was predeceased by : her husband John Sidney Wiersema; her sisters, Jeannine Serafino and Joanne Spizzirri; and her parents, Edward Buehler and Adelaide Buehler.

She is survived by : her children, Gail Meekma (Dave), Michael Wiersema (Lisa) and Kelly Richman (Steve); her grandchildren, Jennifer Yerks (Dan), Jeffrey Meekma (Jennifer), Joshua Meekma, Matthew Wiersema (Alexis), John Mark Wiersema (Michelle), Michael Wiersema (Ruth), Noelle Wiersema, Joseph Wiersema, Destiny Wiersema, Kacey Austin (Dave), Cameron Richman (Jessi), Trey Richman and Heidi Richman; her great grandchildren, Hunter, Riley, Peyton, Andrew, Emily, Charlee and Everett; and her sister Judi Salkas (Mike).

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Anchor Church (6600 W 127th St, Palos Heights, IL 60463). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
