He was predeceased by: his son Joseph Dwyer (Lynn); his parents, Raymond Kahoun and Margaret Kahoun; and his brother Terrence Kahoun. He is survived by: his wife Maureen Kahoun; and his children, Margaret Kahoun, Heather Kahoun (Max McClung), Loretta Balsam and Phillip Dwyer (Deanne).
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Robert J. Sheehy & Sons Funeral Home - Orland Park (9000 W 151st St, Orland Park, IL 60462). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 8:45 AM at the Robert J. Sheehy & Sons Funeral Home (9000 W 151st St, Orland Park, IL 60462). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Michael Church (14327 Highland Ave, Orland Park, IL 60462).
