She was predeceased by: her husband William Thomas; and her siblings, Augustine Samuel, Violet Parmar and Nelson Hatia. She is survived by: her son Percy Thomas (Diana); her grandson Zachary Thomas; and her siblings, Alexander Samuel (Priscilla), Lina Patel (late Henry), Rosemary Patel (Dinesh), Irene Kapadia (Shailen) and Mabel Christie (Anil). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
