With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Josephine M. (Lesniak) Murphy (Ottawa, Illinois), born in Oglesby, Illinois, who passed away on August 8, 2021 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Lesniak and Cecelia Lesniak (Dobrzanski). She is survived by: her close friend Paul J. Murphy; her brother T. J. Lesniak; her husband Paul; and her children, Paula Crowe (David), Janice Grabowski (James), Rose Murphy, Mary Jo Sterling (Kevin) and Timothy Murphy (Claire Perona). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
