With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lois (Pollack) Defore of Ottawa, Illinois, who passed away on June 14, 2021 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Pollack and Gladys Pollack (Reeder); her husband Gordon DeFore; and her siblings, Harriet Roberts, Grace Mallonee and Robert Pollack.
She is survived by: her children, Robert DeFore (Angela Woelpern) of Floodwood, MN, Brent DeFore of Ottawa, Dawn Kolotka (Mark) of Ottawa and Heather Carlton (Jerry) of Mantua, OH. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and 20 great grandchildren.
The memorials may be directed to the Trinity Lutheran Church or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
