She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Fick and Lydia Fick; her siblings, Burneal Fick and Ernette Ryba; and her husbands, Wyman L. Pape and William F. James.
She is survived by: her children, Joel (Kathryn), Ellen, Brian (Monica), Kevin (Teresa), Craig (Christine) and Jesus. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church (1190 N Hicks Rd, Palatine, IL 60067). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Prepare to Serve, Church Professional Guarantee Scholarship, Concordia University Chicago (https://www.cuchicago.edu) (CUC.edu), or the American Cancer Society in Alberta James's name.
