He was predeceased by: his parents, Dmytro and Irena; and his sibling Bohdan Mycyk (Natalie). He is survived by: his spouse Natalka; his nephews, Mark (Amy) and George (Katya); and his godchildren, Mark, Kalyna, Danylo, Olenka and Peter.
