He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Emil Rackow and Lillian Rackow; his wife Gloria Helen Rackow; his children, Kurt Rackow (Donna) and Kathleen Rackow; his grandchildren, Alexander John Rackow, Judith Ting Rackow and Mary Xin Yu Rackow; and his siblings, Kenneth Rackow (Elna), Lorraine Wozniak, Jean Okrasinski (Chester) and Rosalie Przybylski (late William).
