She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas "Tom" and Shirley "Minnie" Phillips (Toliver); and her sister Sonja Rutherford. She is survived by: her husband Denzil "Sonny" Zimmerman; her daughter Joni; her son-in-law Celso Cabauatan of Las Vegas, NV; her grandsons, Desmond Thomas and Duncan Emmett; her brother Tommy Phillips of Midland, IN; and her nephews, Michael Phillips and Joe Phillips. She is also survived by her daughter and beloved grandbabies.
In honor of her love of animals, memorials may be made to the "Crawford County Humane Society", with envelopes available at the funeral home.
