We are sad to announce that on December 10, 2020, at the age of 82, Carl Dean Hulse of Palestine, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Virgil Hulse and Alta Hulse (Seaney); his sister Reva; his siblings-in-law, Wyatt Reynolds of Palestine, IL, Jodi, Steve Bunn of Princeton, IA, Janna and Brad Surrells of Palestine, IL; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kendyl Surrells of Owensboro, KY, Karli Bunn, Avery Bunn of Eldridge, IA and Heath Surrells of Robinson, IL.

Memorials may be made to either "Crawford County 4-H" or to the "Palestine First Christian Church".
