He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Crooks and Maxine Mae Prisner Crooks; and his brother David Crooks. He is survived by : his daughter Renae Crooks of Alabama; his grandchildren, Ronica, Jayden and Alizae; his children, Courtney Reese of Bowling Green, MO., Andrew Moorehead of Quincy, Brandon Broeker of Quincy and Franklin Courtois; his siblings, Kathy Lewis of Palmyra, MO., Dawn Berghager of Lathop, MO., Debbie Cottrell of Monticello, MO., Jim Crooks of Clayton, Cameron Prisner of Nelsonville, MO. and David Prisner of Canton, MO; his niece Melissa Murray of Center, MO.; and his nephew Kevin Lewis of Palmyra. He is also survived by nieces and nephews as well as aunts, uncles, and cousins.
