She is survived by: her children, Daniel Jr. (Crista) and Michael Sr. (Tracey); her grandchildren, Joshua, Jacob, Jack, Allison and Michael Jr.; her sibling Gregory Vacala (Julie); her sibling-in-law Judy Wooten (Joe); and her parent Lorraine Vacala.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Joliet Area Community Hospice would be appreciated.
