He was predeceased by: his sons, Gerard and Mark Beaulieu (Patt); and his sister Maryann Ryan (late Tom). He is survived by: his wife Theresa A. Beaulieu; his children, Michelle Frederiksen, Ed (Ellen) and Jennifer Fleisleber (Frank); his grandchildren, Taylor, Derek, Maraiah, Austin, Cole, Andrew, Emma, Brad, Colin, Marissa and Mark; and his sister Susan Hurst (late Tom).
