He was predeceased by: his parents, Harriet Dalzell and Sidney Dalzell; his former spouse Beverly Rath; his wife Edna Allen; his child Thomas Allen (Mary); and his siblings, Shirley Garrigan (John), Jane Zacsek (Gene) and Sidney Dalzell (Theresa).
He is survived by: his children, Barb Marten (Jeff, Sr.) and Richard Dalzell (Deborah); his grandchildren, Christina Krause (Weldon), Elizabeth Caldwell, Megan Hunt (Ryan), Jeffrey Marten, Jr. (Claire), Michael Raney, Curtis Raney (Shelby), Daniel Dalzell (Elizabeth) and Christopher Dalzell; and his great grandchildren, Tiffany Krause, Gracie Krause, Weldon Krause III, Sara Hunt, Kira Hunt, Lucas Marten, Colette Marten, Gabriella Raney and Garrett Raney.
