He is survived by: his children, Scott (late Rebecca) and Dawn Horn (Bob Perreira); his grandchildren, Patrick, Melissa, Janel, Todd, James, Jakob, Jeshuah, Ethan, Savannah, Isabella, Lorelai, Brayden, Evangeline, Kyriay and Adrianna; his sibling Judy Schlitz (Jack); and also Junette Maish.
