She is survived by: her children, Madison Molenhouse, Autumn Molenhouse and Ian Molenhouse; her parents, Ruth Seban and Marylyn Seban; her siblings, Shawn Jezior (Mark) and Donald Seban Jr.; and her close friend Jennifer Witt.
