He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis M. Mulderink; and his siblings-in-law, Otto Hartl Sr. (Carol) and Ella Powers Sr. (late Reed). He is survived by: his children, James Mulderink Jr. (Tricia) and Crystal Mulderink; his grandson Matthew Mulderink; his siblings, George, Robert, Dorothy, Ray, Bill, Ed, Helen, Ben and Joe; and his sister-in-law Donna Mulderink.
