She was predeceased by: her husband Harold "Sully" Sullivan, Jr.; her friend Orville Wolter; and her parents, Westlow Zemovich and Vera Zemovich (Urbanis). She is survived by: her children, Lisa Sullivan (Torsten Clausen) and Susan Sullivan (Jim Kasmer); her grandchildren, Betsy and Katie Clausen; her sibling Ellie Pett (Ernie, Sr.); and her friend Richard Kobylecky.

Internment St. Casimir Lithuanian Cemetery, Chicago. *In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society or the National Kidney Foundation of IL.
