She is survived by: her spouse Carl Simmons; her children, Carla Mauck, Terry Simmons and Lori Speer (Tod); and her siblings, Donald Hart (Barbara), James Hart (Sasha) and Meredith. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
