Siuda Jr. (Adrienne); her grandchildren, Stephanie, Jessica, Travis, Kiara, Justin, Michelle, Rachel, Lauren Hedberg (Charlie), Steven Mikolaitis (Chelsea Brennan), Jeffrey Mikolaitis, Kyle Tietz and Katlin Boomsma (C. J.); and her great grandchildren, Anthony Quinn, Michelle Quinn, Logan Hedberg, Madison Hedberg, Adriana Mikolaitis and Chip Boomsma.
