She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Fedor Wassilkowsky; her children, Gregory Wassilkowsky (Elizabeth), Boris Wassilkowsky and Cherished; her grandchild Nicholas W. Wassilkowsky; her parents, Nikolaj Buligin and Eudokia Buligin; and her siblings, Boris Buligin and Tatjana Buligin.

Eugenie was a longtime parishioner of St. Luke Orthodox Church in Palos Hills and former parishioner of St. George Orthodox Church on Wood Street in Chicago. *In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the St. Luke Orthodox Church Charities appreciated.
