She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kozak and Katherine Kozak (Pryztula); her sister Irene Lange (Kozak); her brother-in-law Frank Lange; her brother Rev. Henry Kozak; and her niece-in-law Manuela Lange (Lopez).
She is survived by: her sibling's children, Richard, Judy Lange (Sobol), Frank Lange, Catherine Lange, Louise (Lange), Curtis Calvert, Carol (Lange) and Ric Parlier. She is also survived by seven grand nephews and nieces and eleven great-grand nephews and nieces.
