He was predeceased by : his parents, Lampros Petroulakis and Eleni Petroulakis; and his siblings, Fotini Samaras (late Thodoraki) and Dimitrios Petroulakis (late Stavroula). He is survived by : his children, Larry Petroulakis, Christos Petroulakis and Eleni Petroulakis; his grandchildren, Alexander, Timothy and Pantelis; and his sister Olga (late George Rodis).

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church (11125 S Roberts Rd, Palos Hills, IL 60465). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to St. Iakovos Greek Orthodox Church (https://www.saintiakovos.org), Valparaiso, IN appreciated.
