He was predeceased by: his parents, John Adam and Mildred E. Metzger (Galster); his daughter Kathleen Cameron; and his sister Rosemary Burbach. He is survived by: his wife Annette Telford; his children, John Metzger (Jackie) of Pana, IL, Phil Metzger (Jeanne) of Houston, TX and Donna Carroll (John) of Snohomish, WA; his grandchildren, Adam Metzger, Alex Metzger, Myles Cameron, Trent Cameron, Brock Cameron, Leif Cameron, Kyle Metzger, Karl Metzger, Kurt Wagner, Derek Wagner, Nolan Carroll and Wyatt Carroll; and his great grandchildren, Geoffrey and Jude Cameron.
Memorials in Don's honor may be made to the United in Faith Church, Pana; Pana Community Hospital Foundation or Community Mission Center, Pana and will be accepted by McCracken-Dean Funeral Home who is assisting the family.
