She is survived by: her children, Buddy Moore of Pana, Bob Moore (Jenny) of Pana, Bill Moore (Joyce) of Pana, Dave Moore (Mazie) of Pana, Dennis Moore of Pana, Danny Moore (Gina) of Pana, Linda Addison (John) of Pana, Kay Blades (Poncho) of Pana, Shirley Krouse of Pana, Tina Cox (Junior) of Pana, Diane Dibartolomeo, Decatur, Tammy Carlock (Bill), Herrick and Carolyn Humphrey (George) of New Lebanon, OH; and her sister Shirley Evans of Shelbyville, IL.. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren & great-great-grandchildren.
