It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joan Lucia Melvin of Papineau, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on September 3, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul E. Larson and Lucia Larson (Bopp); her brothers, Jack Larson and Paul Larson; and her grandchildren, Dimitrios Poulakis, Tiffany and Summer Rardin.
She is survived by: her children, Keith Rinehart (Ruth), Dawn Poulakis (Charlie), Colette Rinehart, Mark Rinehart and Bonny Rinehart (Roy Rardin); her sister Karen Rice of Orlando, FL; her granddaughters, Jennifer Blumenthal (Steve), Cari Lane (John), Samantha Rinehart, Bridget Rinehart, Rachael Walwer, Morgan Rinehart and Rena Newman (Joseph); and her pet Sally. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family would like everyone attending to practice social distancing.
