She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Michael Dutz and Lois Griffin Dutz; her former life partner Terry E. Anderson; her husband Ray Carter; her children, Christina McClenagan, Todd Anderson (Gail), Scott Anderson (Tracy) and Craig Anderson (Kelly); and her stepchildren, Prenice Carter, Jr. (Dianna), Elaine Self (Tom), Pam Warren (Tom), Shelly Femer (Roy) and Sharon Lux (Peter). She was also cherished by 18 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
Due to Covid restrictions private family services will be held.
