She was predeceased by : her parents, Fred Burkhalter and Clara Burkhalter; her husband Raymond Rosenstiel; and her siblings, Melvin Burkhalter and Vivetta Stearns.

She is survived by : her brother Burnette Burkhalter; and her children, Rhonda Wybourn (Terry), Cheryl Sheppard (Kim), Teri Mitchell (Mark) and Jon Rosenstiel (Stephanie). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
