It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delores M. Fransen (Pecatonica, Illinois), born in Rockford, Illinois, who passed away on December 31, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Dahl and Ethel Dahl (Nelson); and her husband Harold D. "Hal" Fransen. She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Schomber (Roger), Sandra Dolan (Jeff) and Shelly Tillet (Jeff); her grandchildren, Chelsea and Brynna Dolan; and her siblings-in-law, Roger Fransen and Judy Dahl. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the First Lutheran Church POB 540 Pecatonica, IL 61063.
